Cancellation Policy – We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellation the day of or a no-show will be charged the full price of the service. All Clients that arrive 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time will be turned away and charged half the appointment cost. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. All services need a credit card to guarantee a reservation, so please have a Visa or MasterCard ready when booking.
